Thanks for the posting - went through and read the exhibits where Shkreli lambasted Mannkind and Al Mann to the FDA, stating that Mannkind failed all level III tests, switched inhalers, lack of "trust", and other reasons to issue CRL. Makes my blood boil that this low life POS made a pile of bucks off of creating misery for not just long stockholders, but more importantly, at the expense of millions of people's health. I hope he smokes a turd in hell for that.
He was extremely careful in his disclosure of his conflicts of interest in his correspondence with the FDA, so I don't have a lot of confidence that much can be done legally with this scumbag.
Sorry for the rant - the ultimate justice will prevail in the end!
