I am aching as much as anyone on this board but realize my options at this point are hold my shares or hold my shares. There is no way I could (would) sell at this point as the last thing I need is another capital loss to carry forward.

It has been mentioned often that there are several hands tied due to agreements made by the previos Ontario Liberal government with Cliffs (their apparent economic saviour). I am starting to believe that must be the case.

I am fed up with the inaction of the provincial government and actually hope they do have a potential liability to deal with. Not sure why the Federal Government cannot step in at this point and say Cliffs has walked away from their Canadian committments and all deals are off - but I am no political expert so will leave it at that.

There certainly should be some fast tracking on the appeal of the appeal of the appeal etc process to tell Cliffs they are done bullying junior mining companies in Canada for their personal gain.

Someone has to step up and get that appeal resolved because it appears a lot of issues would miraculously dissappear overnight.
