As I understand it CCC/KWG has filed the Appeal by the deadline and the date to finalize the submission was early March 2015. The Appeal court says CLF has 60 days to complete its submission, i.e. CLF has until early May to do it. I don't know if CLF has decided to keep the court case going or has abandoned it.

As I recalled, a poster has indicated it's important for this case to play out, whether CLF continues or not, since the Prov may want a definite ruling from the court before it wants to touch the NS corridor (rumour says McGuinty promissed some $600M back when he was in power).

Bruce/kwg should know all the details. Also, there are several posters on this board who are familiar with this case. Anyone wants to chime in?
