It has been implied and hopefully true that CCC/KWG filed the appeal but as yet nothing official from them which was my point. Think this would have been important to announce to the market and other mining companies. There's just too much unknown from KWG. Perhaps the upcoming AGM which should be in April will provide the clarity needed.
