Very nice catch!

This is great news. So, it will be a Port Authority, i.e. a responsibility of the Feds?

My guess is that eventually, the RR will go through Attawapiskat and Moosonee (and Port of Moosonee will be built for shipping stuff to/from the East and West of Canada)
