Hi Goldhunter; keep in mind this is all about Cliffs agreeing to mine Big Daddy first, nothing else. That would be the only basis KWG would allow them access to the route. When KWG saw Cliffs were determined to mine the low grade Black Thor for many years only because they owned 100% of it and they thought they could make KWG twist in the wind and give up waiting to mine Big Daddy. That is when Frank Smeenk decided to play hardball and that is the only reason we are where we are today. He did not roll over and clawed and scratched his way to the top of the heap and that is where we sit today. Now with Black Horse, does Big Daddy matter with Cliffs owning 70%? We with our 80% of Black horse can turn the tables on Cliffs and leave them where they tried so hard to leave us, twisting in the wind. rj
