I guess they are "at fault" when looked at as a missed deadline. I did say that a proper thing to do was to "meet or beat" that deadline and if not then a followup NR on the delay.

I was trying to say that the delay or fault for the delay was not theirs. IE my talk about what is external or internal to this process wrt ISM handling it or delivering on that "anticipation".

Having said that, I am encouraged by both responses from IR today. It would seem that someone in IR reads the boards and does care.
