Whaler, I can see variations on the information dissemination to a certain extent, but in the past I think ISM has been irresponsible at times, not just introverted. That Desrosiers debacle should have been a huge issue, in my opinion, and there are other examples as well. But i don't want to beat that dead horse, it appears things are improving, hopefully this will continue.

On the other hand, I think that some other companies are irresponsible on the other end of the spectrum, with television ads and glossy magazine articles that look like snake oil ads.

All my cynical opinion, of course.
