-"da boyz" running the equities (sp500) up with OPM (fed), pumping the futures market, so that they can unload at the top and load-up on junior's near the bottom.

- the market has been "managed" since the day's of Rubin, and more so after 9/11. Except they've had a rough time controlling the "barometer"
