Thanks, Coach. I got into IPT a year or so ago, at 1.70; too high. I´d like to sell sometime before the end of the month and buy back in July or thereabouts. I like their properties, think management is top class but too conservative. I just got in too high, I think. Anyway, any advice you offer will be appreciated.
