If one does not participate such as my examples "over a year" they are taking up a spot tha another deserves. It's not that we can't add somone anyway, but the hub I refer to has 19 of which 3 should be removed, then I'd opt to only add 1 back by asking each HL via PM to give me a name to add, guy/gal with the most recommendations gets added.

1/2 of those 19 rarely if any, remove or flag a post. They say they don't want to cause any problems, ill will etc.

Hopefully some of the sugestions I read here at times makes it to the next site upgrade.
