One of my hubs has 2 or 3 HL's who have not posted in over a year, nor performed any "admin" duties.

A while back I asked if the list could be purged from time to time, or take input from active HL's whether a HL who has disappeared, be removed, making a place for a deserving replacement.

I believe the answer was, "this HL has an earned status so we cannot delete." I take that to mean if appointed vs earned, admin can delete them.

At another site that I use very little, if no posts in up to 3 months, I've seen it happen in 2 months, poof, they are removed and replaced with another who has requested to be added as a MOD.

Could this be something the developers could change with the next upgrade?

There are some deserving posters at the hub I reference, that IMO would make good HL's, but we have so many now I've not asked to add them.

In fact, 1 of the HL's closed his Agoracom account years ago, yet he's still listed?
