I have asked many times to purge the HL list on one of my hubs for inactivity, but it never happens.

One HL closed his Agoracom account years ago yet he's still a HL...figure that one out?

I know of no such rule that owning the stock is required to be a HL, but logic says it should be, can't be proven either way though...privacy issue.
