curious, there has been a recent explosion of hub leaders at the PTK forum.

for the last 18 months or so, we had 3 HL.

now there are 10.

examination of the profiles show new HL are overall just 'President', but mysteriously have earned somehow a 'President Plus' annotation for the PTK forum.

there is no indication that the new hub leaders were all directly appointed ... just one of the new, with their unfortunately meagre rating of 3.4; not a high mark of confidence (!!)

so that leads us to have a look at all-around points, activity points, or rank ... perhaps it is blindly algorithmic?

if that's so, for the points basis, lowest rating is 3.4, lowest activity is 396, lowest overall points are 1501.

that seems to set a pretty low bar for hub leadership.
