After a little digging I found the following from CIA's recent FS

"The Company and Fancamp were restricted from transferring securities of the other until May 17, 2018, after which time, transfers will be permitted subject to certain restrictions." 

and from RGX's FS

"On March 22, 2018 the Corporation was served with Application to Institute Proceedings by Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (Fancamp), a junior mining company. Fancamp is claiming $300,000 of advance royalty payments pursuant to an alleged 2008 agreement related to the Corporation’s Lac Blache mining properties. The Application has been referred to the Corporation’s external counsels for review and is contesting it. As at June 30, 2018, the Corporation has recorded a liability of $300,000 (December 31, 2017 - $300,000)."

Was this the $200,000 that FNC wrote off? If it is, kiss $100,000/yr good bye.

 It's pathetic that we need to scour other companies documents or rely on a few individuals to find out information.

More transparency and indepth explanations are required by FNC management on a going forward basis.
