Even if us lowly shareholders were able to nominate and actually get him/her on the BOD it would change nothing, pie in the sky. They would probably be overruled on anything changes they tried to introduce. 

Only hope here is that O'Keeffe from CIA can put his people in as a majority on the BOD, cleans house of the other Directors and Officers and as I have stated earlier scrap the golden parachutes and double/cancel all options. Then make a bid to take out FNC.
