I don’t think an extension of the standstill favours fancamp since we won’t be taken over.   Peter is a weak negotiator and Okeefe knows he can buy back the remaining shares on the cheap. Peter admitted the first batch sold went to an Aussie group.   Wanna bet okeefe isn’t behind that.  Okeefe can put pressure on Peter of a take out or make a deal.  Of course Peter will only put himself first and will try to thwart a takeout even if it’s in fancamp s interst imo.   Otherwise he would have conceded a long time ago that he’s not the right person to take fancamp to the next level and he would try to find a suitable replacement.  Like it’s not already a conflict of interest to have him chair and ceo and head management.   He will not admit this because he’s a stubborn selfish fool who’s cost fancamp so much upside.  

My simple point is don’t believe Okeefe is going to be our saviour.
