This is the dump site they are going to ship the drilling waste material.

Here is the short translation of that article:

Interesting article on a debate in Mako. Subject is about drilling mud disposal from gas wells. The mud would be used to cover a closed up garbage dump. An unnamed oil and gas company made and offer to the self government, if the town accept the offer they would even get payed for it. The debate is about whether the mud is safe, so far they were assured that it is. But nobody is convinced yet.
