Thanks John. Does the article say where the dump is? A 2007 article said this:
Locals are afraid of the possible environmental damage that could be caused by Falcon, especially the mud that comes up, is thought to be very dangerous. According to local gossips the mud is planned to be treated in Germany, however transporting it such a long distance cannot be economical, so probably it will be handled close to the exploitation site, and people are afraid of another 'Verespatak'.
However experts say that's not the case. Leader of the local Environmental Authorities (name: Szelesné Kutas Borbála) says the mud is not considered to be a dangerous substance, there are no special requirements to handle it. It will be placed in concrete tanks for some time, after that it will be mixed with sawdust, so it can be transported to Bekescsaba, a nearby town, where it will be used to recultivate an already closed garbage heap (refuse dump). The leader of the Mining Authorities located at Szolnok (name: Molnár József) says no one ever talked about transporting the mud to Germany.

There is also a dump located very close to the Mako-4.
