Begs the question: What settlement Agreement? *******

Has anyone learned more about the aforementioned settlement agreement? ..... would sure be nice to know the conditions. And are we certain that the non-JV Falcon lands are not a part of the recent agreement?

And am I just a birdbrain thinking that the current USA 16c shareprice is an incredible buying opportunity? When you consider that we spud F-1 in a few weeks, that Buckskin testing is underway, that Exxon - yes I said EXXON - is driving the truck and the roadblock is now cleared, that it looks like we may have gained more land and TCF potential in the agreement and may have joined in rather than against MOL, that the elephant is still there and the geology and the technology look good, the new year is almost here, and just how much lower can commodities and the TSX go ....... from my birds'eye view, and admittedly I am a woman (but not blonde), it almost looks like Dr. Ben's walkoff homerun may still have a chance of playing out. But again, I am just a birdbrain, so please tell me where I am wrong. I would love to hear some going-forward sentiment expressed on the forum .....and it may help others too, because this has been a long and trying journey without much visibility. Positive support would be nice but believe me, not-so-optimistic rational views would also be welcome, maybe balance me out, because this thing is looking real good to me right about now.
