I've always said this will end one way or another from a political decision. If the US decides to delay and play into this I feel it's not as simple as just another month delay in this resolving. If they meet I'm quite convinced citgo will be maintained as is for the sake of VZ's future. We all know it's as corrupt as corrupt can be but I think that's where the tide will shift. Some other "pay out" will be explored.
