I was going to try and answer your assumptions but have decide to continue to suggest wait until the documents before jumping to any conclusions about risking $50000 on 100000 shares. I'm not disagreeing but I want to see the documents which should be out soon before guessing at how much we are risking. If Im correct your are not risking anything.
