If it costs me $1200 to carry this forward, that's OK but no more. So we have to wait for Gowling to provide us with their proposal. Yes, Gowling is a reputable legal firm with whom a member of my family had a sucessful outcome in another litigation. They are good and trustworthy. So the $1200 further gamble is fine by me but no more.

My understanding is it won't cost you $1200 and Gowlings only gets paid if we get paid so you are already ahead of the game by $1200 that you would have spent if your assumption was correct. The documents will be posted soon and when you see them you can decide for youself. If I'm right everyone will be excited again and the board will be busy.
