What I meant here was I am satisfied with 12% of $1.4B considering I had written of my entire investment of this stock to " nothing" some time ago so by "nothing" I mean "no expectation".

I totally agree with you we got scammed big time and deserve a whole lot more than the 12%. and protection from going to nothing.

The analogy I am making here is when lawyers gets involved in something like this or in any other class action lawsuit there is no cap in legal fees required to keep the suit going to conclusion. We have all sorts of such examples in our stock and GRZ, etc, etc. analogies galore. Read my post again.

If it costs me $1200 to carry this forward, that's OK but no more. So we have to wait for Gowling to provide us with their proposal. Yes, Gowling is a reputable legal firm with whom a member of my family had a sucessful outcome in another litigation. They are good and trustworthy. So the $1200 further gamble is fine by me but no more.

The caution I am throwing out is the continuing request for money from us shareholders to keep the suit in the courts.

Check out the class action suit regarding NORTEL. I was involved as a shareholder in this stock. Very expensive to litigate.

I'm in if the price is right with CRYFQ.
