JJ I have zero interest in contacting kry or what they say and zero trust in what they may say. You read too far into my post in that you think I want someone to do that for me. it was sarcasm, it would be fruitless and worthless imo.
I used to contact kry fairly regular back in the day and was duped big time. They knew the backroom crap and bs going on and I'll even go as far as to say they knew they were going to get screwed but kept putting out positive spins on it. Do you remember the "we are not aware of anything" bs? I feel they knew far before it happening that the contract was toast but just kept snow jobbing the GP as if it were not so, just to keep in compliance for arbitration sake. Management screwed us big time and all the while saying they are not aware of anything that puts us in jeopardy. BS in my book.
And I really don't care what kry told you. Their bs screwed us over. I'll wait for the court to finish the thing and go from there.
