Someone posited the possibility of KRY mgmt. keeping a 500M settlement share and remaining an operating company. Would our shares be a holding in that company?

If that is so, could we not again trade them, based on that 500M value?

If Tenor sees enough value/hope/dream to be willing to continue adding to their costs, does that not indicate a cause for hope for all of us Commons as well?
