I can only say this "transparency in CCAA whatever the costs associated with it have allowed ALL parties to see what is actually going on" Not like before when we were more in the dark as gloomy as it is today we know what is goin on.

To me anyways, I applaud the notion that indeed Crystallex may close up shop, pay its debts , settle w/bondholders and pay us off in the end. Let's hope for an early settlement or an award in Nov. Were too close to the end game to worry about what if's.

I agree 100% w/ NB's assesment ;

"Any effort to cheat the shareholders would be a quick way for Fung and Co. to lose that 10% and then some. Fung may be incompetent, which is probably not even open to much debate, and he may not like his shareholders, but he has been around long enough to know what would happen if he went down that road."

What we need now is to see what or if any GRZ's award may be. All eyes on the moving target.
