you're right jimmi but it would be nice to know that fung has kept an option available to go thru arbitration where the shareholders will recieve a portion of the proceeds...as a matter of fact, i'd almost think it was necessary to know that...

i dont see how fung announcing "we have a plan B, just in case" would hurt the share price or how it would violate any laws/contracts.....
