I think that Kry had assurances from higher levels than mid level but it doesn't really matter. The bottom line is VZ has screwed not only Kry but many companies who have tried to do business in good faith. If you look at the number of arbitration cases vs the number of companies VZ has screwed you will find we are not the only company who hasn't filed for arbitration yet.
