jimmi, the thing that really bugs me is that we supposedly started this JV deal with the chinese a year before the first announcement....so we're now, what, 1 1/2 years into this deal?

i dont think a thing has changed since i first bought into this stock. we were waiting on a permit then and we're waiting on a permit now...it's that simple.
