Hi. Bob had told me early August to reference the amount of time it took Corriente Resources to complete their deal with the Chinese. It sure has been a while and although frustrated like many people I will hold till we have an answer.

We have entered a 'quiet period' with a lack of any substantive news from IR. That's not unusual so with no news we see a fall in the share price.

Before Crystallex and CREC/CRRC publically announced their proposed JV deal they informed their Venezuelan counterparts in advance of their decision. My belief is that the same protocol may be in effect whereby Crystallex and CREC/CRRC intend to inform Venezuela that they have completed their A&F Agreement (other agreements, JV incorporation etc) and are requesting the agreed MOC transfer and permit (or letters thereof) as they intend to make another public announcement.

Bob is in Venezuela this week, back at his office after the Canadian Thanksgiving Holiday on Monday.

Thursday or Friday this week would be about the right timing for news.
