I have absolutley no idea of the complexities of putting together a deal such as this. On the other hand I do believe that if this deal is subject to Chinese regulatory approval there is little or nothing that KRY is able to publicly disclose about ongoing negotiations. Also, I do believe that when it does all come together we will be in for a potentially marvelous payday. For this reason I will continue to patiently hang onto my shares. Good luck everyone.
