EZ...ever since the patriot act, you can't pass financial wind in the states (inclusive of any accounts opened in foreign countries) without "THE MAN" knowing about it and taking his pound (and then some) of flesh. Even if you emigrate, they slam you on the way out of the country with an exit tax. Maybe there are some lawyer\accountant types on the board that can suggest alternatives, but my understanding is that big brother knows exactly what you do, when and where you do it.
