Hugo has muscled other companies around in the past. This time IS different. Our new JV partner is a direct link to and part of the Chinese government to whom he is deeply indebted. When he told the Chinese he looked favorably on this JV, I'm sure they believed him. Tell me how he get's out of this deal. IMO it happens.
