2 to 3 years certainly is the standard time frame quoted for a project of this size. RM is no fool and does not want to estimate a time frame unachievable with so many factors unresolved. Still we all should rejoice in a defined path that has been layed out to KRY. I as every one wish's for a speedy resolution. At this stage 2-3 years is very acceptable to a profitable ending.
