Here's a link to the SEC complaints division...maybe if enough of us file, they'll be forced to take some action, after all they are 'supposedly' under scrutiny presently after looking the other way when the same practices we're experiencing brought down the world economy...

I believe the SEC Official policy is only to enforce the illegal short selling rules when the illegal short SALES affect the banks that have made this same practice their habit to routinely steal money from the retail sector. Goldman Sachs....NO LOSING trades...ever. Kinda makes you wonder don't it? FIGHT THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
