Here's a link to the SEC complaints division...maybe if enough of us file, they'll be forced to take some action, after all they are 'supposedly' under scrutiny presently after looking the other way when the same practices we're experiencing brought down the world economy...
Absolute waste of time. The majority of SEC and OSC positions are held by ex financial sector types who "retire" to less stressful jobs there. That is the reason much of the games are overlooked by these agencies. It's not that they are that incompetent, they know what and how the games are played but they just turn a blind eye. Part of the good old boy's club on Wall and Bay st.
Somewhat like have retiring mafioso taking up jobs with the FBI and investigating organized crime.
