Absolute waste of time. The majority of SEC and OSC positions are held by ex financial sector types who "retire" to less stressful jobs there. That is the reason much of the games are overlooked by these agencies. It's not that they are that incompetent, they know what and how the games are played but they just turn a blind eye.
