I agree with the sentiment that the Chinese aren't going to come in and call the shots and tell Chavez how it's going to be, that's nonsense imo. Some are putting too much weight in that.

But one consolation could be that the Vens have wanted an alternative to arbitration and the Chinese wouldn't (IMO) have went through this process without some involvement or input from Vz as to a nod of approval in the end result. Time will tell.
