If kry files for arbitration doesn't that mean there is a change in control and bondholders have a valid claim?

Fung needs a "Plan B"...a "Dutch Uncle" that figures bankrolling the rather paultry legal cost\opportunity cost is well worth the risk given the value of the underlying asset, scarcity of similar assets, and the evolving economic\political situation in play.

Personally....I have to believe Fung has a "Plan B". If not.....we have a good chance of being screwed in grand, public fashion.
