I'm not so sure you can make such a random case for what KRY would be worth had it filed for arbitration. The bottom line is that KRY would be subject to a change of control of the MOC had it filed for arbitration creating a move by the noteholders to take control of the company. Futhermore all gold mining stocks are off their lows - some by many multiples. Take a look at GRZ's cash position per share and you'll get an idea of why the stock is priced the way it is. To say it has risen from previous lows as a result of arbitration is virtually impossible to quantify and meaningless in the overall scheme of things.
