Has anyone found out who the mystery investor is. I thought by now we would see a report.

Also, many have commented on our shareprice in relation to GRZ. I think they have 100 million and we have some assests but very little cash. How can people compare the two KRY/GRZ. Some have commented that are shareprice would rise if we filed for arbitration. GRZ can hold out. I do not see how kry can. If kry files for arbitration doesn't that mean there is a change in control and bondholders have a valid claim?
