A couple of points that I understand to be current.

1. Equipment value is roughly 60 million.

2. Noteholders lawsuit is still in negotiating calendars with the court and Crystallex....Next schedule appearance won't be until November and then not definitive. I suspect we will have a path before anything comes of the lawsuit.

My conclusion is financing and arbitration. Of course bk is a possibility and so is a settlement. I think we will have to give up a substantial piece to get the financing but the sp will still improve with definitive news. Max 3 weeks before we know (pure guess).
