One thing is for sure with the IA actually filed now and part of it based on the frivilous Imataca Reserve BS that if VZ as much as says anywhere that open pit mining is now OK in that area it will be case closed. Brisas will have to be off limits for anyone for 3-5 years during arbitration one would think if you were VZ. Now we all know VZ :)
