Gohorse, I think they can do anything they want with it during arb but the fact that VZ revoked their permit for environmental reasons and saying the Imataca was off limits it would be a huge error on VZ's part to touch Brisas with the arb in process IMO. Just seems to me it would further GRZ's case into the stratosphere.
