IMO, no change or decision will come from VZ now or ever under Hugo. They will continue as they have been over the past years.... wasting time with no apparent reason....( to us !) and that position will not change... unless a miracle happens.

There is one thing Hugo is unable to control... despite of his many efforts..it is the political/social/economic unrest. According to what trickles out of the controlled local press, the begining of the end has began... How this plays timewise as far as the NH and KRY, it is something no one is able to control...

Arbitration might be a wise way out... but there is always time for this option.

IMO, the best option to us ...and many others, is to have a new start in VZ. How soon is soon... we'll all see.
