That is not my conclusion...nor is it conjecture on my part. That is simply a statement of fact in keeping with public statements made by KRY management. What is conjecture, judging from the differing opinions being expressed on the subject, is whether obtaining financing, under what terms, and how shareholder friendly those terms might be is a "Biggie" or not.
