I agree Jimmi, VZ dreamed up the denial and revocation for the purposes of revamping the mining sector. You can't deny or revoke one or the other without doing both. KRY is already owned by the state so they are already in good standing. The Ministry of Environment accepted KRY's proposal back in August...GRZ was not seen.

Until GRZ is gone we don't hear anything from the gov't or at least us share holders. We don't know what was in those "highly confidential" docs supplied in the noteholder case but what if there was something from the gov't mentioning GRZ. That certainly would cause irreperable harm to the relationship between VZ and KRY.
