Do you believe that Crystallex really wants to build the mine over the LC deposit? If so, is this the fundamental reason why KRY has been getting seemingly friendly responses from the VZ government?

Yes, I do believe KRY really wants to build the mine... without question. I also believe that even if they do get the opportunity to do just so, that they will never pour Las Cristinas gold because they will be "taken out" by a major producer who needs all those ounces. This will likely happen before the mine is completed.

Doug Belanger says that they (GRZ) have had little success in meeting with government officials. Crystallex says the opposite. The letter in early March from CVG (our Venezuelan government partner) which reiterates that the Company is in full compliance with all the terms of our Mine Operating Contract (MOC) is a most important document and affirms that the government does indeed support this project. I guess you could call that a friendly response.
