as far as the mngt notifying shareholders with regard to the gold sale law: i'd like to say that it appears all 3 rml/kry/grz were aware of the change months ahead of time and not one of them said a word.....

also, imo

the gold sale law will not affect grz because they are going to arbitration.

it may/may not affect kry (especially in regard to negotiations) because kry's gold production (if any) is still a long way off....by 2012, a lot could change...

if ven decides to buy 60% of the gold produced it will definately impact rml...now

everyone seems to be assuming that ven will enforce this new law and will automatically buy 60% + 10% to locals....but if you believe agapov, the venz have had the right to purchase 20% all along and hav'nt done so...
