Jingles--this is just my opinion--so it could be worthless--or priceless. I do not think the permit will be issued by May 28th. Why? Because I think there is a pride issue involved. The VENS do not want to be seen as giving into pressure. They will wait until after May 28th to issue the permit. They will probably wait until after the arbitration is filed---because they know that KRY will drop the case in a nano second if they tell them the permit will be issued as soon as the case is dropped. I do think the permit will be issued because the VENS do fear international arbitration. Recently there have been several postings on the board involving bidding in the Orinoco (spelling) oil belt and how VEN does not want any bidders to have the right to international arbitration. I view that as positive for us because it shows their fear of arbiration. Here is hoping that you will see a profit by and by.
